Who we are

One Health is a gym management software platform built and operated in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through our pilot application form.

What we collect

When you apply for a pilot spot, we collect:

• +Your gym or studio name
• +Your name
• +Your email address
• +Your suburb
• +An approximate member count
• +Your current platform (optional)

Why we collect it

To assess your suitability for the foundation cohort, to contact you about onboarding, and to plan our pilot rollout. We do not use this information for any other purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We use a transactional email provider (Postmark) to deliver your application to us, and we use standard hosting infrastructure. Both providers process data only to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Retention

We retain application data for as long as is relevant to the pilot selection process and any resulting business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
