Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
About these terms
One Health App Pty Ltd (ABN 32 691 849 751) ("One Health", "we", "us") operates the One member app (the "app") and makes it available to gym and studio members through gym operators who use the One platform.
These terms are an agreement between you and One Health about your use of the app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your gym membership is a separate agreement between you and your gym. Class rules, pricing, freezes, cancellations and refunds are governed by your gym's membership terms, not by these terms. One Health is not a party to your membership and does not decide those matters.
In these terms, "your gym" means the gym or studio operator through whom you access the app.
Your account
You may hold one account, in your own name. Keep your login details secure and tell your gym straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account until you notify your gym.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must set up and manage the account for you, and these terms apply to them as the account holder.
If we become aware that an account has been created by a person under 18 without parental or guardian consent, we may close that account.
What you can use the app for
You may use the app to:
- +Book and manage classes
- +Manage your membership
- +Make payments
- +Follow training programs and log results
- +Message your gym
You may not:
- +Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of your gym's rules
- +Access or attempt to access another person's account or information
- +Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell any part of the app
- +Interfere with the app's operation or security
- +Upload or share content that is defamatory, offensive, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or is otherwise harmful
- +Upload or share content that could cause physical harm to others, including dangerous training advice or instructions
Bookings and payments
Bookings are subject to your gym's timetable, capacity and cancellation rules. The app records bookings and attendance but your gym controls the schedule.
Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of your gym. Your gym is the merchant for all charges. By adding a payment method you agree to Stripe's terms for that payment method, available at stripe.com/au/legal. One Health does not hold your full card or bank account details.
Refunds, payment disputes and chargebacks are decided by your gym under its membership terms. One Health does not decide refunds or resolve payment disputes.
Automated features
The app and your gym's admin platform use automated tools, including to show your gym when your attendance changes and to help staff draft messages to you. Staff review those messages before they are sent. Automated content may contain errors.
No decision about your membership, access or billing is made automatically without your gym's settings or a staff member's involvement. If you think a decision affecting you is wrong, contact your gym and ask for it to be reviewed.
Your information
How your information is collected, used and shared is explained in One Health's Privacy Policy and in the collection notice shown in this app. Your gym also has its own privacy obligations to you.
The app collects personal information about you, including some health information if you consent to provide it. What is collected and how it is used is set out in the Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the app.
For privacy-related queries, including access requests and complaints, contact support@onehealthapp.com.au.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and the One platform belong to One Health. Your gym's name, logo and branding belong to your gym.
Content you enter (such as workout logs) remains yours. You give One Health and your gym a non-exclusive licence to store and use that content to provide the service to you. This licence continues for as long as One Health retains your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and terminates when your information is deleted in accordance with the retention periods set out there.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take the app offline for maintenance, usually outside class hours.
If the app is unavailable, your gym can still manage your bookings and membership directly.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, One Health's liability to you for any failure of the app is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
One Health is not liable for your gym's acts or omissions, for decisions your gym makes about your membership, or for loss that arises solely from information you enter incorrectly.
Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or if your gym asks us to.
Your account will be closed when your membership with your gym ends, or when your gym stops using One.
If your gym stops using One, we will give you reasonable notice before your account is closed. You can ask your gym for a copy of your information at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your information following account closure is handled in accordance with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Deleting the app does not cancel your gym membership; you must do that directly with your gym.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
If a change is material, we will notify you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the app.
For all other changes, we will notify you in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after that period means you accept the updated terms.
The current version of these terms is always available in the app.
App store terms
You have downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store or distribution platform. These terms are between you and One Health, not the app store.
The app store is not responsible for the app, for maintaining or supporting it, or for any claim relating to it, including product liability, consumer protection or intellectual property claims.
The app store is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo and are not on any government list of prohibited parties.
You must also comply with any third-party terms that apply when using the app, including the app store's own terms of service.
Disputes
If you have a concern or complaint about the app, please contact us first at support@onehealthapp.com.au so we can try to resolve it.
If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal if you are based in New South Wales.
Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
General
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
One Health may assign these terms to a successor of its business without reducing your rights under these terms. You may not assign your rights under these terms.
